...and the Mock Trial Competition 2024 Winner is: St John’s Year 6!

We are thrilled to share the success of the inaugural mock trial in the Forest of Dean, held at Coleford Police station. Year 6 competed against St Whites in Cinderford with the defendant, defence team and witnesses coming from St John's. Our pupils also took on the roles of usher, court artist, reporter and magistrates.

Year 6's public speaking skills were fantastic. It was a tense and exciting event. We are glad to say that we won the case and were able to bring the defendant home! Congratulations to all the children who participated in this remarkable experience!
